Rocky Marciano
The only undefeated heavyweight champion in history, 49 wins and 43 knockouts
Overview
The Brockton Blockbuster won the title with a legendary one punch knockout of Jersey Joe Walcott in 1952 and defended it six times, beating Walcott again, Ezzard Charles twice, Don Cockell and Archie Moore. A converted catcher puncher with a hammer right hand and limitless stamina, he retired at 32 in 1956 with a perfect record no heavyweight champion has matched since. He died in a 1969 plane crash.
