Michael Spinks
Undisputed light heavyweight champion who beat heavyweight king Larry Holmes twice
Overview
The Jinx won Olympic gold in 1976 and unified the light heavyweight titles by 1985. Moving up, he outboxed Larry Holmes in 1985 to become the first reigning light heavyweight champion to beat a reigning heavyweight champion, beating him again in the rematch. He was unbeaten in 31 fights until Mike Tyson flattened him in 91 seconds in 1988, after which he retired.
