Harry Greb
The Pittsburgh Windmill, around 300 recorded bouts and the only man to beat Gene Tunney
Overview
Greb fought an almost unbelievable schedule, sometimes monthly, against all sizes from welterweights to heavyweights, and held the world middleweight title through 1926. Relentless, awkward and fearless, he beat the future heavyweight champion Tunney in 1922, gave Tunney his only career defeat, and did it while slowly going blind in one eye. He died at 32 after surgery in 1926.
