Felix Trinidad
Tito, the welterweight puncher who beat Oscar De La Hoya in 1999
Overview
Trinidad won the IBF welterweight title in 1993 and held it for six years before beating Oscar De La Hoya on a disputed majority decision in Las Vegas in 1999. He moved up to win titles at light middleweight and middleweight, flattening opponents with a famous left hook. Bernard Hopkins stopped him in the twelfth round at Madison Square Garden in 2001 to unify the middleweight division.
