Manny Pacquiao
Only eight division world champion and a senator of the Philippines
Overview
Pacquiao won his first world title at flyweight in 1998 at 19 and kept climbing, taking belts through eight weight classes, a feat no one matches. He destroyed Oscar De La Hoya in 2008 and Ricky Hatton in two rounds in 2009. He and Mayweather collided in 2015 in the richest fight ever. Elected to the Philippine congress in 2010 and senate in 2016, he finished 62-8-2.
